Delivery was prompt and the scooter itself was a huge help for myself (32 weeks pregnant) and allowed to successfully navigate 3 days of amusement parks. The pickup of the scooter was 2 hours late which caused a slight problem due to the fact that I had to check out and have my items off the vacation resort rental at a specific time. If it wasn't for the late pick up, I would definitely had rated the experience as excellent.
