Very good experience. Once in a while I needed to wait a bit to get the scooter running when I turned it off and on again. Heavy, but my "helpers", daughter and grandchildren, managed to put it in on out of the vehicle following the delivery person's instructions. Delivery and pickup was awesome. Thank you.

that scooter was so nice to use, the delivery was a little late but was used the next day great place to rent from price was the best I found. Thanks Cloud of Gods

The best word I can use to describe my experience is simple. They made it easy to use their service and were so accommodating regarding pick up and drop off times. They have excellent customer service and I would highly recommend.

The price point could not be beat. The service for pick up and drop off was great. I had some issues with the ECV as the light button on it did not work and the light was stuck on the whole time. This helped to drain the battery quicker. The horn did not work either I believe the two issues were connected. I did call about the issue as it was both a problem and not my responsibility and the person on the other end did not understand my issue as he not proficient in English. Therefore I could not get the issue troubleshooted. Overall though I would rent from them again but ask that the whole ECV be in the best working order it could be.
