Our rental experience went smoothly. The scooter was dropped off at our hotel and was waiting for us when we arrived.

Mary and Christian were spot on with the delivery and pickup of our mobile scooters. My wife has difficulty walking and they delivered the scooter right to the bench were we were seated at!!!!! The delivery time was early and they were right on time for the pickup and kept us informed at all times when they were intransit . They were both very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with and we will be using them again when we return to the Kissimmee area. You can't go wrong with these two!!!!!!

Last June I rented from here and had a great experience, not so much this time. Rented the scooter to take to Universal and was there less than 2 hrs and the battery died. Plugged in to charge ant the battery wouldn’t charge. Called the number on my receipt and got no answer, texted the driver that delivered the scooter and got no answer, tried calling the driver and the same, no answer. Ended up renting a different scooter from universal and leaving this one with them until I left the park. Will not be renting from here again and have sent an email requesting a refund and have gotten no response.
