Cloud of Goods delivered to and picked up from out resort, which was a wonderful service. The cart worked very well, lots of power and truly an all-day charge. I am extremely pleased.

This was the best money I spent on the whole trip! I would have never made this week without the scooter. I do know next time to get the canopy, fan, cup holder, and foot rest. The folks that I to deal with where the best great company, Thanks Barney Morris

All worked well...it would be a 5 star instead of a 4 if you had a drop-off and pickup that did not require face to face meeting

I had a great experience with Gateway rentals as the people I called and the person who delivered and picked up the scooter (Derrick) were fantastic. The issue was that the scooter did not last a full day even though it was charged fully overnight. It lasted until about 3pm and then even with charging it another hour, it only had enough battery power to go for another 10 minutes without needing to be charged again. We wound up calling Cloud of Goods for advice and then Derrick picked up the scooter from us outside of Epcot (which was the evening before we were supposed to return it) because it wasn't manageable to sit there in the park for hours to charge it so that we could ride it back to the hotel. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the battery life of the scooter and what we had to deal with because of it. However, the customer service we received was fantastic!

Great little vehicle, great service. The drop off and pick up were so convenient. I will def use Cloud of Goods again.
