It was a wonderful experience. The scooters were delivered and picked up right on time. The lady who did both delivery and pickup was very nice and very professional. The scooters were perfect. They had long-range battery capability and only had to be charged every few days. The scooters were strong, very clean and easy to operate. I would say ordering from your company was A+. I would most certainly recommend your company who wished for very reliable service. The other couple we were traveling with have a time share at Disney and they took down all your information so they can order a scooter from you in the future. Only thing I would suggest was changing my cane holder from way in the back to mount on the side of the front column for easy excess. In the back of the scooter you barely fit in the elevators and bump into places when backing up. We rented from another scooter before and the cane holder was right next to the front basket on the column. It was very convenient. Something you should think about. Thanks for making our vacation at Disney World wonderful and so easy for me to get around in the parks. We appreciated all that was done by your wonderful company.

Super last minute request. They confirmed in a few minutes and were able to bring it right to us. We rented a motorized scooter and it ran perfectly! Made our day at SeaWorld way better!

The delivery was a bit confusing with the location of the drop off. However the gentleman was very helpful in the end by FaceTiming and assisting with locating the scooter. The person that picked up the scooter was very helpful and friendly. He met me and allowed me to get to the car. Service was great.

My wife had a stroke recently and we truly enjoyed allowing her to have some of her independence back with this electric scooter. She was able to make her daughters cheer competition and get around Universal studios. We appreciate the quick delivery and pick up and everything worked as promised. Would definitely use yall again and would recommend to anyone needing their services.

Very satisfied dealing with your company. This time, the scooter was kind of beat up…torn cushion edges,etc. There were a few days in the parks that the battery ran down very quickly…I barely made it to the car. This happened once before and then I requested a scooter with the new gauge…I didn’t this time. My bad.
