I had to order a scooter at the last minute for my mother the day we were going to Epcot. Dayvid was quick to respond. It was delivered to our resort within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, we did not receive the heavy duty scooter that I ordered, but the light scooter we got did the job. We needed to adjust the pick up time on the last day and he was very accommodating.

I’ve used others in Orlando and none can beat the customer service. To be able to text and get a fast response is amazing and very helpful on a busy vacation. Definitely will use again

Excellent experience was concerned about renting long distance etc. We rented 2 scooter that were delivered to the hotel. They were in excellent condition. They are half the price from renting at Universal for models we rented. I definitely recommend and actually did while out week at the park. Awesome at communication. If ever need will use again.
