Loved the ease of delivery and pick up. Scooter worked good, except it didn’t hold a charge for the whole day. I always had to go sit and charge it for a good 20-30 min at the parks each day. So though I turned it off, every time we stopped, it would usually need a charge to make it back to hotel. I would still use this service again. Thank you

Very nice guys who brought my scooter, but I would just like them to be on time . The drop off was for 10am they did not arrive until 10:25am and pickup was 4 pm and they arrived at 4:30pm. They did call but it’s always good to be on time . Thank for your service, will keep you in mind next time I need service.

Our experience has been excellent with Cloud of Good. The only companies willing to deliver same day at our resort. Communication was constant and effective even via text which is a bonus. We have been very happy with the scooter and customer service. Definitely utilizing this service in the future.
