The ECV was delivered to my hotel without an issue. But the cart was not easy to load and unload from my car! Other than that, it was fabulous to have at Universal Studios! ❤️

my experience was excellent! I asked to keep the scooter for an extra couple of hours on my final day and was told NO PROBLEM and I thank you! I will definitely rent from you again in the future!

Easy to receive and return stroller. Only complaint is the stroller had a hole in it. Besides that it was a great stroller.

Scooter worked perfectly 5 days and 5 long nights at Universal not one issue my sister can't walk she was able to even go on simulator rides with it thank you for a very dependable and pleasurable experience top service
