The scooter was fine but didn’t turn as well as the one I had back home and was difficult to use on carpet. I would have liked an earlier delivery as I had to try to get around the conference with a cane and it was too much walking. I understand that it wasn’t available until late morning but I couldn’t miss half a day of the conference. Otherwise it was very useful and I appreciated it being delivered and picked up from the hotel.

We noticed issue with battery, contacted supplier in the evening, and scooter was replaced next morning. Excellent service
