Even though order placed late, received scooter right on time and picked up timely also. Only issue was wheel shaft would not tighten but got me where I needed to be. Not sure why I was charged $10 several days later. Trying to figure that out. Otherwise very happy.

We were at Disney World In Orlando- hire a scooter for the time we were there - great service scooter fully charged and only had to recharge it once- Will use Clouds of Goods again 5 stars

Freddy/Jackie were so prompt and courteous. They kept me updated via text messages frequently, I never had to wonder when they would arrive as they kept me updated—no stress. I wasn’t sure if the theme park would have a scooter as we were arriving in the late morning so I contacted Cloud of Goods and I’m glad I did. I couldn’t have made the distance to inside the park to where the scooters were. Being able to pick up in Uber drop-off area made it so easy. Thank you!

Informed though out delivery and pick up if there was a delay. Mix up on ordering for some reason 2 were ordered but company notified me right away to make sure I wanted 2 but no 1. They said a refund would be issued to card charged. Thanks

Requested a mobility scooter last minute and scooter was delivered within a few hours. The scooter was in excellent condition and work well. Excellent service would definitely recommend this company.
