Nice service. Just need to give customers drop off at prions beforehand if person is not there on time to pick up.

I would have liked more communication when cloud of goods realized they would be late dropping off and again picking up. Otherwise great

The scooters ran well and the batteries lasted all day. It would have been nice if was told that could charge the batteries off the scooters. One set of batteries could not be pulled apart as the connection pulled away from battery case.

Your rental scooter made it possible for me to go to the Holy Land Experience in Florida. The scooter was easy to drive, fully charged and clean. Your chat on line persons were very very helpful as well!
