First time renting mobility device and it was such a breeze. My item was dropped off earlier than expected and customer service was so helpful with drop off and pickup.

Thank you so much for the delivery and the pick up and letting us keep it for extra days. They were life savers. There is no way we could have kept up with all of our kids and grand kids from rope drop early mornings to close the park, late nights for 10 days and 5 parks! It was so helpful!

Drop off was earlier than I expected. battery is amazing Lasted the park and it still had battery for another day! Customer service really efficient
