Best experience ever! Being able to rent this scooter for my mom saved our vacation!!! Quick response and an easy process. Jay was amazing! Very helpful and great communication to let us know where she was and if we had any questions! I could not recommend Jay or this company any higher! 10 stars!

I honestly would have given you a 5 star, if it wasn’t for the fact that. I don’t know what could have happened but, it was very inconvenient the scooter seemed to have been very low!! This has never happened before I always give my height n weight as it is part of your requirements to get the correct scooter. And I’ve never had an issue before. It was hard on my knees, actually very painful as that is one of the main reasons I rent a scooter. Apart from this issue, everything else was excellent!! The person I’ve been dealing with is Damien, very polite and very helpful. I will continue to use your service and have recommended to friends n family. Hopefully next time I won’t have this issue.

My experience with Gateway was great! My ECV was clean and in good working order. The drop-off and pick up went smoothly. I recommend using their service and plan on using them again as well
