A very nice and knowledgeable guy. It was difficult to confirm with him where it would be dropped off. Once communication was established it went okay. The scooter died around 5 p.m. We used the charger and it indicated full charge (all green). It died again at 8 p.m. causing me to miss the fireworks with my family.

I could not be more happy with my rental and service. They delivered it to me quickly and were very friendly. I have already recommended the company to all my friends. And anyone that ask me about the scooter while I was at Disney I was quick to give them the info!! I will be calling the next time we are at Disney
