We loved that it was so easy but the company that accepted our rental was LATE dropping off the scooter and could have called or texted and didn’t. That was frustrating but once we had it it was great to have drop off and pick up included in the price

Although we had issues with the first scooter, it was replaced within 20 minutes of us calling about it.

Everything was perfect and as offered however a better batter is necessary. Zig zagging through the queues is a drain on them and no outlets are readily available to recharge.

The heavy duty scooter was a little intimidating at first. The seat lifted straight up, I had a hard time with it the first time. After having someone who was familiar with the scooters show me how to take it apart and put it back together it was a breeze. My mom loved having her independence and the ability to get around on her own. The batteries lasted all day at Disney and Epcot!

I had an issue where the bolt for the steering column went missing. I was stranded for two hours at our location because of a missing bolt. I called and was told that someone would call me back. No one ever called and the maintenance man from the resort we are staying at found the bolt in the parking lot where we were loading the scooter in to an Uber. The scooter was more than fine but the service over an issue really ticked me off.
