Our Cloud of Goods rental was the best we could have hoped for! The scooter's battery life was phenomenal; hours and hours at theme parks all day and battery level always stayed in the green range. The equipment even looked brand new! If we ever need a scooter rental again in the Orlando area, we'll be repeat customers!

Great experience. They dropped off and picked up as expected. We asked them to come to our room to pick up less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up time, and they did. Will definitely rent from them again when we come back to Orlando!

Initially the scooter would not run. I called the office and no call was ever returned to me. I finally got the scooter to run and I had no further problems.

Other than there being a bit of miss-communication about where the drop off and pickup would be, having the scooter made the day much more enjoyable for me.

I love Cloud of Goods! My scooter is always there upon arrival and the scooter stays charged all day.
