I am extremely happy service I received from Gateway Rentals - they delivered the scooter a day prior, so I wasn't nervous the day we were going to Magic Kingdom getting it on time. Thank you again for the amazing customer service.

Truly enjoyed being able to rent the scooter on short notice. Everything went great. My only gripe was not being able to take it out in the rain. I had to rent another scooter at Magic Kingdom when it rained on & off. The other thing was when I backed up or reversed it did not make a beeping sound. Overall I would rent it again.
