We had a great experience with Junior. He was very kind and accommodating. We had an issue with the first scooter and he had a replacement to us within an hour. The reason we are giving 4 stars is the original scooter broke and the replacement scooter kept dying.

We had a great experience! Drop off and pick up were seamless. Instructions on assembly were thorough. Driver was friendly. Scooter was excellent! We will definitely use them again!
