Definitely a FIVE STAR rating. The drop-off and pick-up were precisely on time and where I needed them. The equipment was first-rate and reliable. Customer service was excellent. And the price was very good. I will definitely use COG again when I need a mobility vehicle. *****

The only complaint would be those bright lights staring at me while I'm trying to watch people and the road.

The scooter was delivered on time, battery fully charged. The scooter worked well, charged it every night, and never ran out of juice. Would be nice if you had some type of rear view mirror on the scooter so I could see behind me when I backed out of small elevators.
