Customer should be aware of the problems of delivery and pick up of scooters at Disney properties. It may will be better to just pick up at a central location rather than hassle with Disney.

Definitely a FIVE STAR rating. The drop-off and pick-up were precisely on time and where I needed them. The equipment was first-rate and reliable. Customer service was excellent. And the price was very good. I will definitely use COG again when I need a mobility vehicle. *****

The only complaint would be those bright lights staring at me while I'm trying to watch people and the road.
