The scooter made our day much easier, and the person who handled both drop‑off and pick‑up was excellent. The only concern is that the price felt a bit high for my budget. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Pick up and drop off of the scooter was so easy and the battery lasted a whole day at Disney Animal Kingdom! Would highly recommend this company.

They only showed up with one of two scooters. Luckily, I had a walker but I was in bad shape by the end of the day.
