Pick up and drop off excellent. Had an issue with battery going from full to empty in 15 minutes. Had to walk it back to my hotel room which was defeating the point of having a chair

The scooter I rented was excellent. I used all day everyday for 3 days and at the end of each day it still showed a full charge. I did charge it up each night just to be sure but had absolutely no problem with the unit. The poeple at Gateway were excellent to deal with and very prompt with their responses when I had any question. Thank you.
