The cart did not have a fully functional parking brake. With the key turned off, the cart would slide if I was on any kind of hill.

I want to thank y’all for your help on me renting a scooter on Saturday July 2 it was so very nice to have it delivered to my location and picked up at my location and thank you for helping me out. I will not be going anywhere else for a scooter rental this is my favorite place. Thank you so much
