we had a lot going on in our trip. we missed our flight, i missed the call when they were coming to pick up the scooter. lots of calls back and fourth. i really appreciated the amount of time and effort to get everything right. thanks so much.

With a bad scooter initially, unexpected by them, the local Company did a terrific job in rectifying the issue with a new scooter. And, accommodated a change in venue for pickup and drop off and pick up. Great service!
