Our reservations were made in advance and forgotten about until we arrived at the Disney Polynesian Resort Hotel. I called since the time was close to the agreed upon meeting time. Cloud of goods was early and awaiting my arrival. The order was exact with friendly Employees delivering our 2 scooters. The order was perfect & the equipment was there and worked & looked new. Friendly on time service with our exact order. We were given the necessary instructions to operate safely & a pick up date & time set. It was also adhered to exactly as agreed upon. Great, service, friendly employees & excellent equipment meant for a hassle free experience so the Disney trip was a great vacation. Thank you Cloud of Goods. I’ll call next time & use only you when we have a need. Great Company.

The scooter was delivered during a really bad storm. I felt bad for the driver. It ran really well and had no damage. Picked up on time. This is my 2nd time renting from cloud of goods and I will continue to rent from them again

Problem with the basket and canopy missing cup, but called and it was taken care of credit me back. The only other problem I had was when time for pick up the driver did not come to get it called him. He said he was out sick and somebody else was coming to get it And it did not get picked up till late in the day and we were already left Florida.
