it arrived early, fully charged, and was in excellent condition. It held its charge all day, (dropping to about 50% charged after over 12 hrs of Universal Park usage!) and re-charged quickly. I had to adjust pick-up time due to changes in our plans and they were great about it. All in all- excellent value and service.

I really appreciate the in person drop off. It was nice to have the scooter explained, to enjoy for our vacation stay. It was very nice that your personal were available to come to our vacation unit at Disney for pickup. Very nice ladies!
