Great experience! Dayvid was on time and very gracious and helpful as it was the first time I used a mobility scooter. It was wonderful and I’ll never try to go to the mall without one again! It handled easily and was easy to navigate in the stores and elevators.

Amazing service. Thank you so much. I was so unsure but Gateway Rentals and their wonderful delivery person was so prompt and accommodating as it was an unexpected park injury that necessitated me needing the scooter, which worked great.

The delivery was made to the bell desk and the delivery person did not notify me. We had to make a call to find out where to pick up the chair. That would have been appreciated.
