not only did she bring the scooter to me, she also led us to where we needed to go into the convention....we could not find the correct area to drop off and she was kind enough to lead us to the proper area, she also came and waited over a half hour for us to finish shopping and return the scooter. I really appreciated all her help and great service. She also brought me a compact heavy duty scooter which was a lot smaller and easier to get into the varied booths at the convention....I hope to get the same type at next rental in June in Lakeland. On time delivery, ,the driver was friendly. The battery life was excellent. No issues with the scooter and it was picked back up in time. I would definitely rent again.
