Excellent experience was concerned about renting long distance etc. We rented 2 scooter that were delivered to the hotel. They were in excellent condition. They are half the price from renting at Universal for models we rented. I definitely recommend and actually did while out week at the park. Awesome at communication. If ever need will use again.

Motorbility scooter was good and battery lasted well. The canopy was brilliant due to the heat. The steering arm tightening screw dropped on a number of occasions especially on bump crack surface in Disney, had to retighten due to not holding the position I set.

Driver was late dropping off and keep telling 20 minutes I’ll be there and final showed up 2 hours later So had to miss all plans I had that evening Late for pick up had to leave on sidewalk so I didn’t miss flight The scooter it’s self was great comfortable easy to use

I loved the service. My mom enjoyed the scooter very much and she was able to go to different places and stores with us. I definitely consider rent again with Cloud of goods. The staff and service were excellent. I will recommend this service to anyone I know.
