My experience with Gateway was great! My ECV was clean and in good working order. The drop-off and pick up went smoothly. I recommend using their service and plan on using them again as well

Only problem was a missing charger cord. It was brought promptly the next morning and even brought a different fully charged battery if we needed it. Thank you very much

This was sooo helpful! We would have never been able to navigate ESPN without the scooter. It was so easy to take apart and load in our SUV. Best service ever! We also appreciated that it was dropped to our hotel. If this is nationwide, we will stay with Cloud of Goods! Outstanding!

They brought and picked up scooter when i asked. The scooter was comfortable and helped me enjoy my Sea World experience.

The scooter was fine but didn’t turn as well as the one I had back home and was difficult to use on carpet. I would have liked an earlier delivery as I had to try to get around the conference with a cane and it was too much walking. I understand that it wasn’t available until late morning but I couldn’t miss half a day of the conference. Otherwise it was very useful and I appreciated it being delivered and picked up from the hotel.

We noticed issue with battery, contacted supplier in the evening, and scooter was replaced next morning. Excellent service
