The day of delivery time was set for 10-11am drop off, the guy called and said he was going to be at universal between 10:15-10:20 which was great. We waited and waited he didn’t show up till 11:30 or after. Then pick up was scheduled for 9-10pm and never heard from them finally after calling they said the guy was going to be there last night or today which we were afraid to leave the scooter outside with the key and everything just incase someone stole it. Finally came to pick it up after 11pm and the guy smelt like he was drunk. The scooter was excellent and the build and take down instructions were great, simple to use the battery lasted the entire day at the parks without needing to be charged at all. Would definitely use again but will be more relaxed on delivery and pick up now that we know.

No contact delivery and pick-up is nice. However, I thought I would be shown how to dis-essemble the scooter upon delivery. Luckily, I had someone to show me at the resort I was staying at.

The driver was friendly and timely on the delivery and pick up of the scooter. Customer service was helpful when changing my pick up time.
