Thanks for dropping off the ECV even before scheduled time and a hasslefree pick up. The batterielife was amazing- after 12 hours at Universal still almost fully charged! My mother loved it!

Needed a scooter desperately for my mom while she was at Disney world because her feet were killing her. There were other companies with "good deals"but some were 1-7 day for $150 or $13 for based on a 28 day rental...really?!? 28 days. I really didn't want to pay that much for 3 days. I came across cloud of goods and I was much more happier with their price for a 3 day rental. It was way more realistic. It was also last minute as I was 6 hours behind (Pst) back in hawaii so when I booked it online it was already 5 am in Florida and I had no problem with the booking online with not needing an "activation code "or anything like that..I must say I was a little skeptical but I gave it a shot and it was well worth it. My mom called that morning being so appreciative of the scooter. she had no problems receiving or returning it. Fast and great service. Will definitely rent from cloud of goods again.
