The heavy duty scooter was a little intimidating at first. The seat lifted straight up, I had a hard time with it the first time. After having someone who was familiar with the scooters show me how to take it apart and put it back together it was a breeze. My mom loved having her independence and the ability to get around on her own. The batteries lasted all day at Disney and Epcot!

I had an issue where the bolt for the steering column went missing. I was stranded for two hours at our location because of a missing bolt. I called and was told that someone would call me back. No one ever called and the maintenance man from the resort we are staying at found the bolt in the parking lot where we were loading the scooter in to an Uber. The scooter was more than fine but the service over an issue really ticked me off.

I was a little disappointed that I was unable to leave the scooter at the hotel for pick up. It made us have to break up the day by going back to return the scooter. Other than that it was a great rental. Thanks.

Very pleasant, helpful, and acommodating when we needed to change the time of pickup. Would have given excellent but no call received to advise of late dropoff.

My scooter had a chunk of the back wheel missing so it made a annoying noise the whole time . Also the back couldnt be adjusted to fit me so seat was way too far back . It ran great and lasted whole trip . Just wish it didn’t click the entire time .

The rates were comparably the best for the same scooter. There was no delivery fee as long as I went by their delivery time windows. The booking process was easy. The scooter was delivered earlier than expected and was helpful to be dropped off early. On day 2 of our rental we thought we lost our key. The customer service was helpful in getting a new key delivered to us at the Theme Park with a reasonable fee. This saved the trip for us. Thank you Cloud of Goods.
