Rental was wonderful! Paid $50 more for the whole week for a skooter and stroller than I did for just one day at Universal. Worked out great. They delivered to the resort we were staying at and picked up as well. Planning on renting again in October for Disney visit!

The chair was nice n light weight as expected but the light n horn didn't work. Chair stayed energized all day. Chair waiting for me when I arrived. I was very sarisfied.

The guy whom picked up the scooter was at least a half an hour late. If the employee is going to be late they should text the customer.

It is always a pleasure to work with a professional quality organization. Delivery/pickup are prompt, staff are very courteous and prices are reasonable.

Our Cloud of Goods rental was the best we could have hoped for! The scooter's battery life was phenomenal; hours and hours at theme parks all day and battery level always stayed in the green range. The equipment even looked brand new! If we ever need a scooter rental again in the Orlando area, we'll be repeat customers!

Great experience. They dropped off and picked up as expected. We asked them to come to our room to pick up less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up time, and they did. Will definitely rent from them again when we come back to Orlando!
