Jason was outstanding to work with! He communicated with me on the night before dropping off the scooter to coordinate a time and location. He was on time with drop-off, and he gave me a tutorial on how to use the scooter safely and efficiently. Pick-up was just as easy! Thank you, Jason, for a pleasant rental experience.

The scooter was great. There was one minor event where the battery wouldn’t hold the charge, but it was remedied in a very timely manner with a battery replacement. I would definitely from from this business again.

Oddly the pickup location got confused and days later was inquired about when they went to pickup at the wrong location. This scooter has a long battery life with only one and worked out great in the DCL shop hallways
