As a rental on short notice these folks really exceeded my expectations. Rental process was easy and someone reached out to me shortly after renting from the app, to drop off at our resort and to pick up. The whole experience was simple and stress free! TY!! We will definitely use COG again!

There were multiple changes to my order. I never did get a final confirmation of what I was getting. This caused me not to receive the backpack that I ordered. It fell off some kind of way and I could have really used it.
