Cancellation and refund policy

Cloud of Goods trusts our community. If you need to cancel your order, we know it's for a good reason. To be as flexible as we can, our policy defines 3 distinct cancellation scenarios.

For orders where the rental start date is at least two days ahead of the order placement date:
If you cancel your order by 08 am(in the time zone of the delivery address) on the day before the rental start date, you will be fully refunded. No refunds will be given if you cancel after 08 am on the day before the rental start date. -
For orders where the rental start date is one day ahead of the order placement date:
If you cancel your order by 12 am(in the time zone of the delivery address) on the day before the rental start date, you will be fully refunded. No refunds will be given if you cancel after 12 am on the rental start date. -
For orders where the rental start date is the same as the order placement date:
If you cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order, you will be fully refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations that you do after 1 hour of placing your order.
Early returns

No Refund for Early Returns:
If you decide to return your rented items after delivery and before end of the rental end date, no refund or credit will be issued for the unused rental duration. This policy is in place because rental fees account for the entire reserved period, ensuring the items are available exclusively for you and not rented to another customer during that time. Customers are encouraged to carefully select rental durations to match their needs to avoid misunderstandings.
