Cloud of Goods is an innovative web and mobile platform that enables travelers to borrow anything from baby gear, mobility equipment, sports gear and outdoor equipment at their destination. Pack light, because everything you need is already available at your destination!
How does Cloud of Goods work?
Visit cloudofgoods.com on your desktop or mobile device, search for what you need, and simply make a reservation. The reserved item(s) will be delivered by the friendly Cloud of Goods delivery team to your destination address, including your hotel or airport. At the end of the rental period, we will pick up the item(s) as well. It’s that easy!

What if the item I want is not listed?
If you do not see the item you want on cloudofgoods.com, please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can find ways to source your item from our small business partners.
Is cloudofgoods.com free to use?
Anyone can signup and search for items on cloudofgoods.com for free. Rental fees are due at time of delivery.
Do you charge a security deposit?
No. We trust our community to return the items in original condition at the end of the rental period.
How do I pay for my rental?
We accept all forms of credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover. Alternatively, cash is accepted at time of delivery as well.
What if my delivery and pickup locations are different?
Not a problem. As long as the delivery and pickup locations are within our San Francisco, Orlando, Anaheim, Las Vegas and San Diego delivery zones, we can make it happen. Just let us know at the time of reservation and no later than 24 hours before the pickup time.
I’m staying at a Disney/Universal hotel in Orlando. Are you able to leave the equipment at the bell desk?
Due to limited space at the Disney/Universal hotels in Orlando, we will meet you in person to deliver and pick up your item(s) at a specified time of your choosing. You can always call your hotel ahead of time and request for us to leave it at the hotel bell desk. Either way, we are happy to accommodate!
What if I have to cancel my order?
We trust you and our community: if you need to cancel your order, we know it's for a good reason. We will not penalize or charge you for canceling your order up until the time of delivery.
Is there a storefront where customers can pick-up or drop-off the equipment?
We specialize in door-to-door delivery of your rental equipment in San Francisco, Orlando, Anaheim, Las Vegas and San Diego including SFO, MCO, SNA, LAS and SAN airports, so you don't have to stress about it. Just order and we'll hand deliver your rental equipment to you when you arrive.
If absolutely needed however, we can arrange to meet you at our designated rental equipment pick-up and drop-off zones in San Francisco including SFO airport or Orlando including areas near Disney world, Universal studios, and other theme parks.
Are taxes included in the rental?
All fees and tax are included in your booking order and our rental Partners do not add on additional fees without your consent.
Can I have my item delivered to one address, and then picked up at another?
Yes, your reservation will allow you to have separate drop off and pickup locations at no extra charge, as long as it is within the partner's delivery area. If you require multiple pickups and drop offs during your reservation, please call or chat with us for a quote so that we can include the additional delivery chargers.
