Lots of changes with drop off and pick up, and some with the hotel about where the scooter was, but I had it when I needed it. Everything worked well.

So easy, on time for both delivery and pickup, friendly, more reasonable than renting a scooter at Disney AND you can reserve it (you can’t at Disney). Definitely will use this company again!

I called at the last minute to reserve a scooter for my visit to Disney World. It worked out perfect. As our plans changed after the 2nd day I was able to arrange a quicker pick up than originally contracted. The driver came right to our hotel for drop off and pick up. I would use Cloud of Goods again if the need arises.

Very dependable, customer friendly, and reasonably priced! Have used them 3 times now and never had a problem! The equipment is first-rate and easy to operate Will use them every time I need scooters!
