Our last day wasn't a good one... but you came to the rescue. When we went to head out on the last day of our trip, my scooter wouldn't turn on. I called, and my replacement scooter was delivered within 20 minutes. Then, as we were out and about, my husband's scooter seized and wouldn't move in either direction. We called again, and the replacement was there within 10 minutes. These were both unusual circumstances, but I guess it was just supposed to be our day. Your response was wonderful and saved our last day of vacation. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

These guys were great. We needed a scooter last-minute because using a manual wheelchair wasn't doing it for it us. They had the scooter to our hotel within the hour. I highly recommend them.

Cloud of goods was amazing. The scooters are top-notch. Never ran out of battery all day at Disney or all day at Universal Studios. Never had to stop and charge. The agent who picked up and dropped off was nice and professional showed us how to take it apart and put it together. Highly recommend.
