I began my trip with another scooter company and was totally dissatisfied with the experience. The scooter did not hold a charge for more than 3 hours. I cancelled that order and placed another order with your company. Delivery and customer service was outstanding throughout the remainder of my stay. I will totally recommend your company and will plan to use you again on my next trip to Disneyworld. Thank you for making my trip very enjoyable.

There was a bit of an issue on day one with a scooter not working! I ended up missing a lightening lane and getting into the parks much later than we had hoped. Initially there was just going to be a refund and no hope for a scooter but that was quickly rectified with I was super grateful for! They were very flexible with pick up times which was appreciated so much! Scooter was perfect in every way!
