It was an excellent experience. I enjoyed using the scooter. It was very lightweight and easy for my husband to put in our suv. The scooter was at our hotel before we arrived. I didn’t have to wait for it. Thanks for the excellent service. I will definitely make a reservation for a scooter from this company in the future.

The only problem we had is when the scooter did not properly charge on christmas day,and we had to rent another scooter in the park.

Amazing experience. They dropped off the scooter for my father in law at our rental house and picked it up there as well. It was super easy to operate the scooter and to take it apart for transport. The battery life was excellent as well. No complaints!
