Travel is stressful. If something with your rental isn't perfect, here's exactly how we fix it—fast, fair, and with real credits or refunds.

On-time delivery promise

  • We schedule a 2-hour delivery window or deliver before you arrive if hotel lets us leave the equipment.
  • If we're more than 30 min late, you get a delivery-fee refund.
  • If we're more than 120 min late, you get delivery fee refund and that rental day free.

Equipment reliability promise

  • Pre-trip battery & safety check on every mobility scooter & other equipment with batteries.
  • If equipment fails, we swap same day in major metros or refund that day + one extra day.

Theme-park hand-off policy

  • Some parks restrict inside-gate drop-offs. We deliver to approved locations (Designated meetup point outside the park, hotel bell desk, resort lobby).
  • If a hand-off point changes, we re-route at no extra charge and refund $25 for the inconvenience.

Fair refunds & cancellations

  • Delivery partner fault or no-show → Full refund.
  • Bad weather/plan changes → We give credit for a future rental.
  • Free cancellation 24 hours before rental start date.

Exactly where and how delivery works for parks in and around your destination

What we can’t do

  • We cannot drop equipment inside park gates due to venue rules.
  • Security checkpoints and third-party policies apply to all guests and vendors.
  • We cannot guarantee that the park will allow the equipment you rent inside the park. If you are unsure, please check with the park before renting.

What we can do

  • Deliver to designated drop-off points outside the park, your hotel, a resort bell desk, your Airbnb/vacation rental or designated parking areas.
  • We can modify the delivery time and/or the address up until 24 hours before the delivery without an extra charge.
  • We provide full refunds to all cancellations up until 24 hours before the delivery.
  • You can always call our support line if the delivery partner is not reachable or you just need the ETA.

Battery & safety tips for mobility scooter rentals

A few simple habits make for a great trip

Charge overnight; keep the charger in the basket during the day and plug-in at designated charging stations when you’re taking a break.

Avoid steep curbs; use ramps and curb cuts where available.

If you suspect battery issues or scooter malfunction, call us immediately — we will provide a remedy (fix or swap/refund).
