Who is capable of driving the cart?

A golf cart may only be used by licensed drivers aged 16 and above. If you enable unlicensed or underage drivers to use a golf cart, the renter has the right to terminate your rental and reclaim the cart. There will be no reimbursement. You can also check the local Golf Cart Laws before operating your golf cart.

Is it preferable to have a gas-powered golf cart or an electric-powered golf cart?

Both gas-powered and electric-powered golf carts have advantages and disadvantages, but they may both meet your needs and help you have a great trip. And up to eight people can travel in both electric and gas golf carts.

Are the golf carts street legal?

Golf carts are not generally street legal. However, this could differ from city to city, so it's best that you check the regulations of the city that you plan to rent a golf cart at.
