Everything was great. The reason why I took off one star is because I wasn’t told the scooter wouldn’t last a day at Universal. It was scary running out of there with one line of battery left.

Loved the EV! It was easy to take apart to load and unload. It arrived as expected at our hotel and was clean, comfortable, and easy to operate. It was a lifesaver for our experience at Universal Studios with the miles of walking I would not have been able to do as well as going through the long lines for the attractions.

Excellent service, the scooter was delivered on time and picked up when scheduled. The scooter was in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this rental.
