Anna was absolutely amazing and provided top notch customer service. She patiently answered all of my questions with a very positive and friendly conversational manner! If I were the owner, I would give her a raise immediately because she is the "face" of your company that makes customers return to rent from you! Derrick was amazing as well and does a great job dropping and picking up the scooter I rented. It was evident that he is hard working, diligent with respect to his tasks. In spite of working a long day with my pickup being the end of his day he was very friendly and courteous. You have an amazing team, and you should do all that you can to keep them on your team. My next visit to WDW I will rent from you again all because of them!

We were at the parks since 8am and park hopped, and the battery lasted almost all day long! Will definitely rent again!

my experience with Cloud of Goods and Rocket Rentals was exceptional! The delivery and pick up to my hotel went well and the scooter did great! kept its charge all day and in to the night !76)

The scooter made our day much easier, and the person who handled both drop‑off and pick‑up was excellent. The only concern is that the price felt a bit high for my budget. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Pick up and drop off of the scooter was so easy and the battery lasted a whole day at Disney Animal Kingdom! Would highly recommend this company.
