Great timing delivering scooter …. Picking up scooter little later than I wanted. Charger stay charged all day .. Great. I used scooter bug last time a little cheaper but never got a cup holder scooter broke down 1/2 way around Epcot. Replaced with a ripped seat. Not happy! I will use the cloud of goods again!

Excellent customer service! First time renting a scooter and I had to make a couple of adjustments in days rented and pick up location, everything was handled promptly & correctly. I would definitely recommend your company.

Delivered and picked up by a lovely friendly young lady. The scooter was an absolute life saver for me as I wouldn’t have been able to get around the parks without it without spending days recovering. It was worth every penny! I would definitely recommend the Pride gogo model as it dismantles for easy transport in the boot/trunk of a car which was great when wanting to go to Universal Studios by Lyft. Most other days we went to Disney parks on Disney transport which accommodated the scooter well.

Worked well. Tho we had to call in for instructions on how to dismantle it to get it in our vehicle (watched a YouTube video). .
