Great service. Only draw back was you have to stay with scooter until they pick it up. We were given a one hour window. Not long of a wait.... They call you like 10 minutes before arrival.

ECV was great. Battery never ran down…even after 12 hours a day at Disney.

Best customer service ever. We greatly appreciate the rental. My husband wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our trip as much as he did with out it. Thank you for making the process easy.

The response time to a problem was excellent. You could update the text about charging the scooter. It's confusing.

Best experience ever! Being able to rent this scooter for my mom saved our vacation!!! Quick response and an easy process. Jay was amazing! Very helpful and great communication to let us know where she was and if we had any questions! I could not recommend Jay or this company any higher! 10 stars!
