The only thing that went wrong was that the part to maneuver the scooter was not fastened all the way and I ended up hurting my sister in law's ankle, so my brother turned the knob tightly so it wouldn't happen again. After that it was a smooth ride, and it worked very well.

We rented 2 scooters for our trip. Staff was great, so easy. They were waiting for us on arrival. And picked up the day we left. Great experience. Definitely use them again.

Equipment was in great condition and delivery and pickup was great, but what really exceeded my expectations was the level of service provided. They reached out to me to confirm all information the week prior and were super responsive with questions I had. I will definitely rent again if I need in the future.
