Great helpful service. I went to Disney World with my kids. Cloud of Goods delivered the scooter at the hotel/resort the night before. I rented the 4-wheel heavy duty scooter that can be taken apart and put in a car trunk. It fit easily into the full size car (Camry) trunk. The only issue I had was that the battery was giving up earlier than what the scooter company claims. Maybe it was time to get a new battery for the scooter. Advertised was 15 miles. But in reality, with my 275lbs weight, it lasted for only about 4-5 miles.

Very helpful associates. The scooter was in good clean shape. Everything went smoothly for delivery and pickup. Only thing, they aren't allowed to drop off items at Disney or Universal hotels. You have to meet them between 7-10 PM. Meeting for drop off no problem. I was able to leave scooter with the valet for 7-10 PM pickup time. This is what others do with companies that aren't associated with Universal hotels. Well worth the price.
