They dropped the scooter off at our hotel and it was already there when we arrived. I rented the heavy duty scooter. It was rented for 6 days and only cost around $150 for the full week. We were at Disney, Universal & Seaworld all week. Rentals at the parks are about $50-$60 a day plus a deposit if you rent by the day from the parks. So renting from cloud goods saved us a LOT of money. I have a bad back and never would have made it 6 days 12 hours a day without the scooter. It does break down and fit into my trunk easily so we could take it with us anywhere we went. The parts that come off are the seat, basket, battery and sear pole with pin. The handle bar/steering wheel folds down and easily fit into my Nissan Altima trunk. I would highly recommend renting from them if its hard for you to walk long distances or wait in really long lines.

Scooter was a life saver for my wife on our most recent trip to Disney/Universal studios. Drop off and pick up were very convenient and timely. My recommendations for improvement would be 1) to provide instruction on how to assemble/disassemble scooter and 2) provide info on how much time each colored bar represents. All in all, a very positive experience all around.

Good communication that my order was received. I cancelled the order via email. I reserved thru another company only to get an ea I’ll the next day saying it was not available. I once again requested from Cloud of Goods. I appreciated the communication that it may not be available rather than letting me think I had reserved. I will use again.
