I rented the heavy duty scooter for a week while in Orlando. It made my vacation so much better. Great company to work with as well as the company that delivered and picked up the scooter (JaysMobility Ride). Such an easy process. Great communication the entire time. I would suggest if you are going to go to any of the parks get the extra basket that attaches to the back of the seat because you will probably be carrying everyone’s bags and drinks.

My experience with Cloud of Goods could not have gone any better! It was so easy to order just what I needed. The scooter was delivered right to me and picked up at the end of our stay. The scooter performed well and I was impressed with the long charge that lasted the entire day and we went miles and miles. I have to add the entire resort area was very accommodating and we rode the monorail, buses, and a boat ride and went everywhere with ease! Thank you for making my visit here pain free literally and figuratively!

The young man and young lady who dropped off and picked up our scooter were very courteous and friendly. The equipment was in excellent condition. Just being able to rely on your products made our visit so much more enjoyable.

They did a great job. The scooter was delivered during the expected timeframe and the lady that delivered. It was very nice and did a good job and explaining me how to use it. It was useful and I recommend this company.
