Ordering was easy! The original wheelchair delivered did not have the elevated leg rests that the pediatric wheelchair was advertised as having, but both Cloud of Goods and the subcontracting mobility company were easy to contact, friendly, and worked quickly to find a substitution that would suit our needs. Thanks to Cloud of Goods our daughter was able to enjoy her birthday theme park adventure even with a broken leg. Thank you!

This is a Great service for those traveling. I never even thought this was an option. I loved how easy it was to rent a rollator walker for my vacation in Hawaii. This was wonderful that I didn't have to figure out how to get my walker to where I was vacationing. I just made the reservation and they brought my walker to my hotel and picked it up at a different hotel. Easy peasey. Great customer service too. I will definitely use Cloud of Goods next time I need any medical equipment on vacation.

What a wonderful experience! Marcos Martins was our local vendor and they were incredible. Incredibly punctual and kind, great communication. This experience was so simple. I recommend recommended to anyone in need of a wheelchair or scooter. Because of the scooter, my husband and I were able to see this (the Bahamas). What a wonderful gift for us.
