Cloud of goods was amazing. The scooters are top-notch. Never ran out of battery all day at Disney or all day at Universal Studios. Never had to stop and charge. The agent who picked up and dropped off was nice and professional showed us how to take it apart and put it together. Highly recommend.

The provider provided excellent service. They communicated with us via personal text the day before dropping off. They met up with my wife at the hotel, went over how it worked. (We are wheelchair neophytes.). On the final day, they reached out again via text, and we arranged to leave it at the hotel. They picked it up well after we were gone. Everything went smooth, and we appreciated the service immensely.

Sheree was amazing!!! Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable! She helped us arrange a scooter for my dad so he was able to enjoy his grandson’s wedding at a resort in Scottsdale. The access helped take the stress off of my mom knowing dad was mobile and safe. Thank you Sheree!!
