“The person who dropped off my scooter was very personable. It seemed as though we had a daily pick up and delivery though because my scooter died in the middle of what I was doing EVERY DAY. It was not a horrible experience just annoying. I was a little aggravated with the drop off back to ERide because there was confusion about where to drop it off. I was told two different things. I had to go through TSA twice. As a handicapped person that was not acceptable. It was overall a 4.5/5. Kye was great each time we met and did the transfer. Maybe give more clear instructions when picking up from the airport. ”
