It was very easy reserving the wheelchair for my 83 year old mother to use whole visiting NYC. The wheelchair was delivered to the hotel lobby earlier than expected and was in excellent condition. The delivery driver even included a padded seat to use on the chair, which I had not thought about. We had a great experience overall and would highly recommend.

Loved the scooter! The delivery lady was very friendly and helpful. And I love the way the scooter operated the only suggestion I would make is that loud screech buzz when the scooter is turned on is very annoying be great if there was some way to turn that noise volume much lower. Also the seat back kind of Hit the funny position at the back where are your neck hits the back of the seat anyhow it's kind of uncomfortable a different kind of cushion or different shape might be more comfortable but I would certainly rent and use that scooter again in fact I liked enough to take a picture of it.
