Despite changing terminals at the last second - then a twelve hour for delay getting back into port, Cloud of Goods had my scooter ready to go and picked up and let me know what was going on every step of the way!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!

We rented a scooter for our trip to the Big Island. It was delivered promptly and picked up promptly. Don was great at communicating via text when they ready to make the delivery. The scooter made our trip so enjoyable. My husband is not able to walk any distance. He was able to navigate it into restaurants and stores. It really made of world of difference! Thank you Don for an awesome experience. We will most definitely call you in the future for our rental needs

It was a great experience from the beginning renting to the final process of picking up the scooters. I have used Cloud of Goods 3 times now and never even one issue. The scooters were comfortable and easy to drive. I spread the word about the great experience while on the ship. I will definitely use them again.
