This was the first time I rented a stroller (I was not even aware this kind of service existed, so was a pleasant surprise) and it was an amazing experience. Anca was very friendly and supportive in all the process. She called before the delivery and the return to clarify how the process works and what to expect. She even reminded me to take a blanket with me due to the current weather in Washington DC. (I would for sure have missed that). The stroller was in excellent conditions and really sturdy, perfect for my 4 yrs old kid. This services really saved our trip and my daughter enjoyed the visit. I will certainly use it again.
