Company staff really worked with me as to delivery time. I had to change it a few times due to flight cancellations. Scooter was clean and ready to go. Matt E. was very kind to show me how to take apart to load in vehicle. He answered all my questions. Only one issue (speed button) but it did not affect my ability to use scooter. Would recommend and definitely rent again.
