The delivery was great, unfortunately one of the brakes was not functioning properly. At first it would not engage and later it kept sitting on the tire.

The day we got our stroller it was scheduled to be dropped off between 7 and 730. I got a call around 530 saying he would be there in 15 min. I left a dinner reservation to meet him at the hotel for pickup. He ended up taking an additional 20 min, causing me to miss our dinner altogether.

Great service. Friendly staff. Battery for the scooter only lasted 5-6 hours so we had to plug it in at the park which was difficult to find outlets.

Was specific on location, would have appreciated pick-up/delivery on specified location. Also, was about 1.5 hours delayed for drop off. Though I understand it was a holiday. However, I want to note that the employees that handled the delivery and pick up was very professional and communicated well. I would definitely use service again, and will most likely request it earlier to avoid delays in the future. Thank you for making our vacation easier to transport our son around the park comfortably

They were prompt and the scooter worked great. The only issue was there was no charger sent with it. I thought it might need charging as it was getting low, but it made it to the end. Thanks again.

My wheelchair was waiting for me when I arrived at my hotel and was clean and comfortable. If I am ever in need of this type of service again, I will definitely use Cloud of Goods. Everyone I dealt with were kind and polite.

The entire experience was hassle free. The wheelchair was waiting for us when we showed up at the hotel, and upon departure we just left it back at the front lobby. Perfect experience.
