The gentleman who brought and picked up the wheelchair was polite and let me know the time that he would be arriving. He also let me know that traffic caused him to be later than planned; he texted me the new time slot. The wheelchair was in great condition and fit nicely into my car trunk. This company and their drivers are excellent. This is the second time in two years that I have used them. If I need a wheelchair again, I am definitely using them again.
